About
The Legal Aid Clinic of MCT College of Legal Studies, Melmuri, Malappuram is dedicated to promoting access to justice and legal awareness among the public. The Clinic encourages law students to develop professional ethics, social commitment, and practical legal skills through community service and legal outreach programmes.
Established in association with the District Legal Services Authority, Manjeri, and the Eranad Taluk Legal Services Committee, the Clinic offers free legal guidance to eligible persons and conducts legal literacy initiatives for the welfare of society.
The Online Legal Aid Portal has been introduced to make legal assistance more accessible. Through this platform, members of the public can submit complaints, seek preliminary legal guidance, and request assistance from the Legal Aid Clinic without visiting the campus.
എം.സി.ടി. കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ലീഗൽ സ്റ്റഡീസ്, മേൽമുറി, മലപ്പുറത്തെ ലീഗൽ എയ്ഡ് ക്ലിനിക് പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് നീതി ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനും നിയമബോധം വളർത്തുന്നതിനുമായി പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. സമൂഹസേവന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലൂടെയും നിയമബോധവൽക്കരണ പരിപാടികളിലൂടെയും നിയമ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ധാർമ്മികത, സാമൂഹിക പ്രതിബദ്ധത, പ്രായോഗിക നിയമപരിജ്ഞാനം എന്നിവ വളർത്തിയെടുക്കാൻ ഈ ക്ലിനിക് പ്രോത്സാഹനം നൽകുന്നു.
ജില്ലാ ലീഗൽ സർവീസസ് അതോറിറ്റി, മഞ്ചേരി, ഏറനാട് താലൂക്ക് ലീഗൽ സർവീസസ് കമ്മിറ്റി എന്നിവയുടെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ സ്ഥാപിതമായ ഈ ക്ലിനിക്, നിയമസഹായത്തിന് അർഹരായ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് സൗജന്യ നിയമോപദേശവും മാർഗനിർദേശവും നൽകുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനായി വിവിധ നിയമസാക്ഷരതാ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
നിയമസഹായ സേവനങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവർക്കും കൂടുതൽ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനായി ഓൺലൈൻ ലീഗൽ എയ്ഡ് പോർട്ടൽ ആരംഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഈ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിലൂടെ പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് കോളേജിൽ നേരിട്ട് എത്താതെ തന്നെ പരാതികൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാനും, പ്രാഥമിക നിയമോപദേശം തേടാനും, ലീഗൽ എയ്ഡ് ക്ലിനിക്കിന്റെ സഹായം അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കാനും കഴിയും.

Eligibility
Free legal aid is available to persons eligible under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, including the categories listed alongside.

You can submit your complaint through our Online Legal Aid Portal. After reviewing your application, the Legal Aid Clinic will contact you and provide appropriate legal guidance.
